Jan Poling is the most recent addition to the American Forest & Paper Association’s senior staff roster. As vice president and general counsel, Poling will head AF&PA’s legal department, and is the latest in a string of senior level hires at the $42 million industry group. She replaces Robert Kirshner, who left the association in May. AF&PA has seen its share of staff changes since the surprise departure of former president and CEO Juanita Duggan in May, about six months after her arrival at the association.
